Rosa is the best!  She applies as much / or as little pressure that you request and is great at working out a "kink in the neck".  She also used hot stones and a wonderful hot towel on my back which really help relieve some of those tender and sore muscles from too much exercise (or stress).  I can't say enough good words about the feet reflexology session with Rosa -- outstanding!!  So, I go in with tight muscles and come out as limp as a dishrag!  She is always willing to "work" with her calendar to fit me in when I call and "need help now".  I highly recommend Rosa and her varied massage therapy techniques...she is thoughtful, caring and dedicated to making her clients feel better.
